David Gregory is a St. Louis native. David holds a degree in accounting, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Saint Louis University. David was also recently awarded the Super Lawyers’ Rising Star for Personal Injury, a rigorous selection process of outstanding lawyers in Missouri.

While also still in his 20s, David became a member of the Missouri chapter for the prestigious National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40, and generated more than $1 million in profits and compensation for clients. After working initially for a reputable St. Louis law firm, David founded THE INJURY COUNSEL. The Injury Counsel aggressively represents all drivers’ legal rights, including Personal Injury and Wrongful Death.

David has been profiled in several publications, including St. Louis Lawyer Magazine and the St. Louis Post Dispatch, for his tireless efforts defending the rights of every single client. David is most proud of his recent $975,000 settlement, involving a tractor-trailer and motor vehicle accident.
